The Freeport Hotel, An Ascend Collection Hotel

This hotel suits me perfectly. I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the comfortable non-smoking rooms. On my first stay, the staff helped me print tickets, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it for a joyful stay!

Its easy, touristic location was a plus.

The employees are attentive and extremely hospitable.

All in all they offer excellent service.

Central location and near a motorway. Found in the touristic area. Stayed in a well-maintained room with a fairly clean bathroom. Very pleasant facilities there.

Comfortable beds and a good breakfast made my stay enjoyable,, and the staff were quite helpful.

The hot water was unreliable, which significantly affected my experience and made things frustrating.

I asked for and got my extra pillows.i was also far enough away from traffic so I didn't hear a thing.main road in front and 95 in the back.and we still slept soundly.i will stay there again if down that way.

A lot of broken doors made us feel a little unsafe.

Comfortable place to stay, beautiful views of a lake. Newly decorated, functional room with a clean bathroom. Exceptionally nice breakfast, a wide array of food and beverages. Particularly good location - close to a motorway. Walking distance to a shopping area and local stores across the street. Great choice for holiday.

The queen room was cozy, and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the place. The location is perfect, just a short drive from portland and close to the portland country club where i played golf. The staff were attentive.

I really enjoyed my stay with my family. the room was comfortable, and we appreciated the hot breakfast selection. There are great relaxation spots like the cozy lounge and a nice little pool area perfect for unwinding. One downside was the hallways had a lingering odor, but it didn’t take away from our fun overall. 😊

Not enjoyable. Outside, their septic system was backing up so it smelled awful. Inside, my "non-smoking" room was obviously next door to smoking rooms. The hallway reeked of smoke. The room's one "amenity" -- a two-cup coffeemaker -- didn't work.

Location and price good. Convenient right outside room parking. Free internet and cable was good.

It's basic. I like a fitness room at a hotel and this one did no have one.

I had a fantastic stay with stunningly comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The variety at breakfast was spot on—those waffles were a real highlight! Would definitely return!
